Usually people keep a portion of their feelings to themselves. While they may acknowledge the fact of their relationships, they generally are discrete about the intimate details. Unfortunately Elon Musk simply cannot resist revealing his “love” for the current U.S. President.
Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX executive was appointed by Donald Trump to head the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Within weeks Elon Musk posted “I love Donald Trump as much as a straight man can love another man” on X (formerly Twitter and now owned by Musk). Trump has not gone as far as to admit that he loves Musk, but simply that Musk has earned his trust. “I trust Elon Musk. He’s not gaining anything from this role, yet he’s so into it.” Let’s face, it, hardly anyone does anything for nothing. We all have reasons for our actions. Here “The richest man in the world” is drawn to the “the most powerful man in the world.” And “the most powerful man” is not turning “the richest man” away.
Yes, the world needs more love, but these strange declarations of feeling would best be kept private. Why must the world know how excited these two “wealthy power freaks” are to be working together. We know that some men can become infatuated with another male’s intellectual prowess, athletic ability or managerial power in much the same way that some women can be captivated with the fashionable appearance or commanding presence of other females. Neither situation reflects a healthy appreciation of one’s own individuality. Trump and Musk are caught in the irresistible seductiveness of extreme wealth and total power.
Let it be stated that there is nothing wrong with wealth and power when they are utilized to uplift and sustain humanity. Wealth refers to an abundance of valuable resources and power refers to the capacity to influence, control, or command. It is when these two assets are used for harmful purposes that we must object, Since wealth and power are the primary means by which Musk and Trump operate, we should give their situation thought. Matters have become critical since they are now working together. The big question ahead is how these two “gods” will be getting along as each attempts to remake the world each in his own image.

Donald Trump was born on a Friday in the zodiac sign of Gemini. Venus rules his INNER SELF and Mercury governs his OUTER SELF. The combination of Venus and Mercury, the two innermost planets in combination seem relatively harmless at first glance. How could some cheesy jokes and a quick-witted mentality be the downfall of anyone? That is the image that Donald Trump projected as a business figure and media personality, yet his endless quest for power and wealth is now poised to bring pain and misfortune to more lives than we could ever imagine.
Elon Musk was born on a Monday in the zodiac sign of Cancer. The Moon rules both this day of the week and sun sign, causing it to work as his INNER and OUTER Ruler. This means that his INNER and OUTER Selves are so very similar that he can barely tell them apart. The Moon itself is placed in Virgo imbuing his strong personal feelings with a quick and calculating aspect. From his birth chart we know that Mercury is conjunct his Ascendant meaning much of his personality identity is based upon being seen as smart. And extremely bright and resourceful he is.
From a Dayology vantage point it is the energy of Mercury that bonds these two very strong personalities. While the mental natures of these two men are quick to see opportunities and avid in their desires to accomplish change, Mercury often has difficulty in sustaining interest in its involvements, particularly if the solution is too difficult or the process takes too long. So we can expect to hear a lot of talk and see some decisions that produce as many problems as solutions. Together they will have to bear responsibility for their joint decision and their results.
Musk is now 53 years old and at the top of his game. His many accomplishments represent the ambition, innovation, and commitment through which he has responded to humanity’s current problems and opportunities. In a particular manner he believes that he is assisting by advising Trump and “upgrading” as many operations in the U.S. government as possible. He has the vision that Trump lacks but can never hold the highest office because he was not born in the U.S.A. And as a “Master of the Universe” he will never be satisfied unless he is at the head of things.
Donald Trump is about to enter his eighties. He is facing the normal aging concerns of a man of his age, which probably means a loss of physical energy and appearing mentally slower. His legal issues are terribly complex and ongoing with hordes of critics and opponents watching for any missteps in order to gain political advantage. As Trump believes he was born to be king, he has stated that he dreams of never leaving the office of president when even a third term would require a bill to amend the Constitution, As to how Trump was elected twice is a total mystery!
All that these two have in common is their quest for wealth and power. Originally Musk had a poor opinion of Trump, but he experienced a change of heart after being appointed to number of presidential councils. When Trump withdrew from the Paris Climate Agreement Musk immediately resigned in protest from all these positions. Then after investing in competing social media platforms, Musk endorsed Trump’s second term and committed $45 million a month to a new pro-Trump super PAC. Shortly after Donald Trump was elected, the news came out that Elon Musk was to lead a new “Department of Government Efficiency. The rest will be history.
