A Most Unlikely Pair

The world is filled with mysteries that mankind has yet to face. Some involve critical issues and others are just the things we cannot explain. For a while now a lot of people have been asking what is “going on” between Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart.

One of these entries, Here’s How Martha and Snoop’s Friendship Really Began explains how the two actually met. Back in 2008 Snoop was invited to appear on The Martha Stewart Show. At the time Martha recalls thinking “What a weird couple we were” and Snoop adds “Yeah, we were odd.” ….”but we fit right in.” When the pair reconnected at a Comedy Central roast for Justin Bieber in 2015, Snoop laughed “She sat next to me, and she stole the show.” The two of them enjoyed their “unique interpersonal dynamics” so greatly that in 2016 they jointly created the extremely popular VH1 show Potluck Dinner Party.

As it is put, the rest was history. People Magazine has conveniently assembled a timeline of the public appearances of these two very public figures. Their latest project together is promoting the use of organic soil in home gardening. The question is how do these two individuals with such obviously different backgrounds get along so easily. In one of her public appearances on nighttime television Martha quipped that she got “high” from being with Snoop Dog. In a Rolling Stone interview Snoop explained, “I’ve never met anyone like Martha Stewart,” he said. “When we come together, it’s a natural combination of love, peace and harmony.”

What exactly do these two individuals “get” that evades the understanding of most everyone else? It seems that they refrain from dismissing one another because of their different OUTER appearances or lifestyle. Granted both “stars” were already affluent and successful when they met, but these OUTER conditions do not always create easygoing and openminded individuals. Martha and Snoop can look beyond their appearances, and share their INNER gifts.
