Joe Biden – U.S. President #46

Yesterday President Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United Stares. It was was a remarkable day for everyone who desires that our democracy remain strong and intact. Still the “passing of the baton” of power was different this time around. Ex-president Trump was nowhere to be seen. No one in the media seem to care about his erratic behavior on this special day. Ex- Vice president Pence played his part politically perfectly. Vice President Kamala Harris was naturally aware of the social impact of her position on the young women of the nation.

It was President Biden who seemed to be the most affected by the theatrics of the day. His schedule was planned down to the minute, but he seemed absolutely transfixed by the opportunity that was being offered to him. Overall he behaved as if he was in a huge rush to get things started and heal the nation. This transformed attitude was especially apparent in his inaugural address where he presented his vision for the immediate future. This historic speech is available online as a document or video. Here are three examples of his inspiring words:

Today, we celebrate the triumph not of a candidate, but of a cause, the cause of democracy. The will of the people has been heard and the will of the people has been heeded. We have learned again that democracy is precious. Democracy is fragile. And at this hour, my friends, democracy has prevailed.”

“Recent weeks and months have taught us a painful lesson. There is truth and there are lies, lies told for power and for profit. And each of us has a duty and responsibility, as citizens, as Americans, and especially as leaders, leaders who have pledged to honor our Constitution and protect our nation, to defend the truth and defeat the lies.”

This is our historic moment of crisis and challenge. And unity is the path forward.  And we must meet this moment as the United States of America. If we do that, guarantee you we will not fail. We have never, ever, ever, ever failed in America when we’ve acted together.

Joe Biden

Joe Biden was born on a Friday in the zodiac sign of Scorpio. Venus is the ruler of his INNER Self and Mars governs his OUTER Self. The #68 FRI SCO Dayology signature creates caring individuals who are looking for things to defend. It can be difficult to understand the nature of their personal concerns because Scorpios tend to keep their difficulties strategically under cover.

We’ve just made it through a very competitive campaign season, and the nation has made its choice as to the president for the next four years. Joe Biden’s name is a household item. Everyone has their own opinion what Joe Biden is like and how he comes across as a statesman, politician and maybe even human. Let’s see how well the general Dayology delineations describe the two sides, INNER and OUTER, of his WHOLE SELF.

FRIDAY TYPES are oriented toward peace and harmony. They get upset when they have to deal with highly disturbing situations. As they cave-in from external pressures they learn the lesson that always trying please others is unsatisfying in the long run. Gradually Venus ruled individuals find ways to negotiate for what they want with what they have to give. These tradeoffs may turn out to be physical, emotional or mental. Highly contemplative Friday types tend to view life from a higher vantage point because they see no separation between themselves and others.

SCORPIO TYPES keep secrets in order to feel safe, They don’t want people to know that they have unexplored or unresolved personal issues. The result is they can feel emotionally blocked and may act in ways that do not serve their own interests. There is a good deal of suspicion or resentment in their private lives until they learn how to trust and forgive. Others see them as fascinating figures even though it is difficult to understand their motivations. They are judged as valuable and dependable individuals when they act responsibly and follow exacting procedures.

So from the contrasts within these two paragraphs, it’s clear that people whose Dayology Signatures are ruled by Venus and Mars are complex beings. They want to please yet they feel compelled to fight. This delineation appears to apply to the character of our new president Joe Biden. He a good guy and yet he’s very scrappy. While he has served in various governmental capacities and we might think we know him, we will soon have the chance to see him a new light. Great power has a tendency to challenge and change people. It can bring out their best and their worst. It appears that at the moment Joe Biden is handling his new world role well.
